Type:
Red
Taste:
Dry
Type

A dry red wine with rich fruit and grape aromas. Fresh acidity is joined by a subtle herbal, spice-like character. Medium to full-bodied yet balanced, it brings together fruit, acidity, and a distinctive savory edge without feeling heavy.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with grilled steak, roasted meats, and other savory meat dishes.

Story

In the high altitude vineyards of Mesopotamia, long summers and cold northern winters slowly shape the grapes through an extended growing season. Harvested in late October, the fruit reflects a landscape defined by contrast, patience, and time. The name Legacy speaks to what SAWKA inherited through generations of family winemaking and to the responsibility of carrying that tradition forward, making the wine a reflection of where we come from and of what we continue to preserve.

Story

At first light, the mountains, trees, and rivers of northern Iraq are touched by soft yellow rays that seem to move gently across the landscape.
